As reported in the Buffalo News, Webster Szanyi LLP partner Jeremy Colby is defending a school district in the United States Supreme Court. Webster Szanyi prevailed before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, which held that the school district properly directed a teacher to remove certain religious items from display in her classroom during the school day. The teacher has filed motions to have the case heard by the United States Supreme Court, and Webster Szanyi is defending the school district in those proceedings.
