Mr. Cope is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law and Ithaca College. Kevin previously was a judicial intern for Hon. Eugene M. Fahey, NYS Court of Appeals and Magistrate Judge Elizabeth T. Hey, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
