Partners Drew Miller and Charlie Roberts recently presented a CLE concerning litigating insurance coverage to the Niagara Frontier Corporate Counsel Association’s membership at its annual meeting. The CLE addressed numerous aspects of litigating insurance coverage including the duty to defend, reservation of rights, selection of counsel, exclusions, business interruption coverage and litigation considerations. Both Charlie and Drew received “excellent” reviews from the in-house counsel attorneys in attendance.
