In April of 2018, Andrew Miller, a partner at Webster Szanyi, was invited to speak on two occasions at the Construction Exchange of Western New York. For the first presentation, Mr. Miller addressed legal issues relating to bidding public construction projects in New York State. For the second presentation, Mr. Miller discussed how New York’s Prompt Pay Act and Article 3-A of the Lien Law can assist in collecting payment on construction projects.
