Webster Szanyi LLP partners Michael McClaren and Susan McClaren were recently featured speakers at a seminar sponsored by the New York Insurance Reciprocal and attended by upper level management and supervisors of local police departments. Mr. McClaren spoke on reducing and handling inmate claims of inadequate medical care in local jails, and other loss prevention techniques in the management of local jails. Ms. McClaren spoke on avoiding and handling employee harassment and discrimination claims.
