Andrew Miller recently offered a presentation titled “Business Basics for Construction Companies” at the Construction Exchange of Western New York. Mr. Miller’s presentation focused on mechanic’s liens, claims for extra work, Article 3-A of the New York’s Lien Law, and important terms in construction contracts. This is the second year in a row Mr. Miller has been invited to speak at the Construction Exchange.
