Mr. O'Brien's practice focuses on commercial litigation in state and federal court and securities arbitration. Mr. O'Brien is a former associate of Bachner & Associates, P.C. in New York City, where he represented individuals and entities in commerical litigation and arbitration, investors and securities industry professionals in securities arbitration before FINRA, and individuals in connection with white collar criminal and civil regulatory investigations and litigation. Mr. O'Brien is also a former Regulatory Officer at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Bureau of Securities, where he assisted in the enforcement of the New Jersey Uniform Securities Law.
