Ted Graney obtained a dismissal of two serious personal injury claims brought against a local municipality in Niagara County Supreme Court. Plaintiffs sustained significant and permanent injuries when they were struck by a motor vehicle on a pathway in a municipal park. Plaintiffs alleged the design of the pathway its connection to a nearby street were dangerous and a cause of the accident and resulting injuries. The case was recently dismissed in favor of the municipality after a summary judgment motion.
