Tim Webster has received the highest attorney peer review rating for legal abilities and adherence to ethical standards ("AV") by the Martindale-Hubbell Attorney Rating System.  Tim has a diverse legal practice with a concentration in the field of environmental law. He regularly represents local, national and multi-national interests in New York State (including New York City) and elsewhere around the country in judicial and administrative proceedings, and in connection with compliance, permitting, development and environmental review matters. His practice also includes the representation of corporate and individual clients with respect to commercial and business transactions. Prior to forming Webster Szanyi, LLP, Tim was a partner in the firm of Harris Beach, LLP where he served as the leader of the firm's Environmental Practice Group. Tim also served as Managing editor of the South Texas Law Journal.
