KEVIN A. SZANYI is an experienced trial lawyer. Born on January 7, 1960, and raised in Western New York, Mr. Szanyi graduated with honors from the University of Dayton and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, where he was selected for membership in the Buffalo Law Review. Mr. Szanyi was previously a partner in the Buffalo based law firm of Hodgson Russ LLP, and also a partner in the Rochester based law firm of Harris Beach LLP, where he was a leader of that firm’s Product Liability and Insurance Defense Practice Group. Mr. Szanyi has significant trial experience in litigated civil matters. Mr. Szanyi has been peer review rated “AV” (“very high to preeminent” legal abilities) by the Martindale-Hubbell Attorney Rating System; has been selected for inclusion in Buffalo Business First’s list of “Who’s Who in Western New York Law,” in “Who’s Who in the World,” in “Who’s Who in America,” and in “Who’s Who in American Law;” and has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers magazine. Mr. Szanyi lives with his wife and two children in Lewiston, New York, where he is involved in youth athletics as a squirt ice hockey coach and as an active member of the Board of Directors of the Niagara Amateur Hockey League.
