Mr. Colby's practice is focused on business and commercial litigation (including non-compete agreements and departing employees), products liability, and municipal/school litigation.

Mr. Colby is a former law clerk to the Hon. John T. Elfvin of the Western District of New York and a former associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP.  In 2005, Mr. Colby was one of two American lawyers selected by the American Inns of Court for a six week Pegasus Fellowship in London where he worked with barristers at 7 KBW and Fountain Court.
