Mr. Graney is the firm’s managing partner and practices in the area of civil litigation with a concentration on products liability, civil rights, municipal law, railroad defense, personal injury litigation (including self insurance defense matters) and commercial litigation.  He has experience representing individuals and corporations in both trial and appellate courts and has tried cases in both State and Federal Courts.  He has developed strong relationships with a variety of clients including individuals, local companies, regular, national and multi-national corporations. Mr. Graney was awarded a Trustee Scholarship while attending Albany Law School. He is an Ironman Triathlon Finisher and former Buffalo Rugby Club Man of the Year.
