Mr. Gallagher is an experienced litigator and trial attorney having taken numerous matters to successful verdict over the years. His areas of practice include civil litigation with a particular emphasis on negligence, professional malpractice, products liability and municipal liability. He has represented clients in both State and Federal Court in all facets of litigation. He has been an active participant in the New York State Bar Association, presently a member of the Legislative Policy Committee and as both a presenter and moderator for the NYSBA'S Continuing Legal Education seminars. Previously, he was a co-editor of the NYSBA's Young Lawyers' Section's quarterly publication, entitled "Perspectives." He is a youth hockey coach, having been Head Coach of a number of New York State District Tournament Bound girls' travel ice hockey teams with the Buffalo Bisons Hockey Association, along with his duties as a member of the Executive Committee of the Southwest Girls Hockey League [Ontario, Canada] and as a Convenor of the Lower Lakes Girls Hockey League [Ontario, Canada].
