Mr. Cerrone concentrates his legal practice in the area of civil litigation including litigation affecting municipalities and school districts. Mr. Cerrone's municipal practice involves the defense of employment discrimination, law enforcement liability, elected official liability, constitutional and civil rights, and contract claims. Mr. Cerrone, as an elected Trustee in the Village of Hamburg, understands the needs and concerns of municipal officials facing litigation. Mr. Cerrone has extensive trial and appellate experience. Prior to joining Webster Szanyi LLP, Mr. Cerrone was associated with Phillips Lytle LLP.
