Mr. O’Carroll maintains a civil trial practice concentrating on commercial and complex litigation. Mr. O'Carroll formerly practiced law in Ireland and Florida, and is also admitted to practice in England and Wales. He has served as the liaison to Ireland of the Florida Bar International Law Section Committee and as a member of the Florida Bar Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee. Mr. O'Carroll is a former adjunct professor at Lynn University in Boca Raton where he taught Hospitality Law. He has achieved an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest rating possible regarding legal ability and professional ethics, and Register of Preeminent Attorneys.
